Biography

Hi, I am Jennifer Olguin - I am the Rio Grande Historical Collections archivist and I have been part of the NMSU Library for quite some time. I started out as a student aide in 2004 then was hired for a full-time staff position as a cataloger in 2008. In 2010, I made my way to the archives realm and enjoy working with archival material. In 2019, I transitioned into a faculty position. I enjoy working with rare and unique materials and helping researchers with their research needs!

  • Joint application submitted by Jennifer Olguin and Monika Glowacka-Musial to the (HEERF) COVID19 Performance Fund. Awarded funds to hire students to assist in the digitization of library resources for remote access and experimentation.
