Biography

Nirali Patel is a Critical Systems Analyst in Library IT, where she supports and maintains servers, library systems, and other core technology infrastructure. Her work includes troubleshooting IT requests, maintaining reliable system operations, managing Intune, and helping resolve technical issues that support day-to-day library services.

She is also involved in projects related to Alma, Primo, and pipeline and integration workflows that improve access to library resources and systems. In addition to her IT and systems work, Nirali is currently working on an AI-focused project and is interested in using technology to improve workflows, automation, and system efficiency.
